Hi, I’m Tim Davis. I consider myself a leadership coach and missions activist. As a coach, I help people reach their goals and live life according to their highest values. As a missions activist, I educate, train, and mobilize people to take their part in the Great Commission. It is one of my greatest passions to see believers in Jesus Christ equipped to be all God called them to be.
I became a Christian at the age of 20 and have been on an incredible journey since. In 2001, I graduated with a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. I served at my home church as youth pastor for a short time before spending several years as a reading and teacher’s assistant at two elementary schools. I also served for a short stint as youth pastor of a church in Anderson, SC, where our first child was born. I recently received an M. Div. with a concentration in missiology from Regent University, based in Virginia Beach. I am also a certified leadership coach through Lifeforming Leadership Coaching of Virginia Beach, VA.
I currently reside in my hometown of Kannapolis, NC with my lovely wife, Corey, and our four children (Anna Beth, Seth, Benjamin, and Sadie Kate). My wife and I were married in 2007 and recently celebrated eight years together. We also have two dogs, Samson (black dauchsaund) and Gabe (yellow lab), who is also my daughter’s service dog. We have had quite the journey together, which will be the subject of some of the posts on this blog.
